Overview

Royal Portrait ("the App") is a photo art application that transforms your photos into royal-style portraits using AI. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data the App collects and how it is used.

Data Collection

• Photos: When you use the App to create a portrait or animation, your selected photo, selected style, generation prompt, and any optional details you type are sent to 21DigitalAI servers and to AI processing providers, including fal.ai, to create the requested result. Photos are processed ephemerally and are not stored permanently on our servers. They are deleted after processing is complete.
• Face data: If the photo you choose contains a face, the image may include face-related visual information such as facial features, face position, and expression. The App does not use Face ID, does not create a biometric identifier, and does not create or store a face template.
• In-App Purchases: The App offers in-app coin packs. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information (credit card numbers, billing addresses, etc.).
• No accounts: The App does not require or create any user accounts.
• No analytics: The App does not include any analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs.
• No advertising ID: The App does not use Android's advertising ID.

Face Data

Royal Portrait does not collect face data for identification, authentication, advertising, tracking, analytics, or building a facial recognition database. The only face-related information handled by the App is the visual information already present in the photo you choose to submit for portrait generation.

What face data is collected: The App receives the user-selected photo for processing. If that photo contains a face, it may contain face-related visual information such as facial features, face position, expression, and other image pixels needed to create the requested royal-style portrait.

How face data is used: The selected photo and any face-related visual information in it are used only to generate the portrait or animation requested by the user, preserve the user's likeness in the generated result, return that result to the App, and provide basic service reliability and abuse-prevention functions needed to operate the generation service.

Sharing: Photos submitted for generation may be processed by 21DigitalAI servers and by AI processing providers, including fal.ai, that operate the image or video generation models used to create the requested result. These providers receive the submitted photo, selected style, generation prompt, and optional details only to perform the generation request. We do not sell face data and do not share it with advertising networks, analytics services, data brokers, or social networks.

Storage and retention: Submitted photos and any face-related visual information in them are processed temporarily and are not stored permanently by Royal Portrait. They are deleted from our servers after processing is complete. Generated portraits and animations are stored locally on your device unless you choose to share or delete them. Service logs may retain non-biometric technical records, such as request status, timestamps, and error information, but they do not contain face templates or biometric identifiers.

Network Access

The App requires internet access to send photos, selected styles, generation prompts, and optional details to 21DigitalAI servers and AI processing providers, including fal.ai, and to receive the generated portrait or animation results. No data is sent to any third-party advertising or analytics services.

Data Storage

Generated portraits, generated animations, and app preferences are stored locally on your device. Photos submitted for processing are transmitted securely using HTTPS encryption and are deleted from our servers after processing. Uninstalling the App will remove all locally stored data.

Third-Party Services

• 21DigitalAI servers: Used to receive your selected photo, selected style, generation prompt, and optional details, route the generation request, return the result, and operate service reliability and abuse-prevention systems.
• fal.ai and AI processing providers: Used to create the requested portrait or animation from the photo you submit. Submitted photos, selected styles, generation prompts, and optional details are shared only as needed to perform the generation request.
• Apple App Store: Used to process in-app purchases on iOS. Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Google Play Billing: Used to process in-app purchases. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

Data Security

All data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your data during processing.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
