Event Selfie AI ("the App") helps you turn event photos into AI-generated portraits and shareable event images. This policy explains what information the App uses, why it is used, and how to contact us.

Information We Process

• Photos and generated images: When you choose or upload a photo, the App sends that image to our backend so the requested AI image can be generated. Generated image results may be returned to the App so you can view, save, or share them.
• Device and install identifiers: The App uses a device or install identifier to support app functionality such as usage limits, coin balance, abuse prevention, request deduplication, and generation status lookup. On native mobile builds, these identifiers may be stored in platform secure storage when available.
• Local app data: The App may store generation status, gallery state, prepared image handoff data, and app settings locally on your device so the experience can recover after refreshes or app restarts.

How We Use Information

We use information only to provide and protect the App's core functionality:

• creating AI images from photos you select or upload;
• showing generation progress and completed results;
• supporting save and share flows;
• maintaining coin balances and preventing duplicate or abusive requests;
• diagnosing service reliability issues.

Accounts, Ads, and Tracking

The App does not require an account for the main creation flow. The App does not include advertising SDKs and is not designed for cross-app tracking. We do not sell personal information.

Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party infrastructure and AI generation providers to process requests and deliver generated images. These services process information only as needed to provide the App's functionality.

Data Retention and Deletion

Generated content and request data are retained only as needed to provide the App, operate generation status and gallery features, protect the service, and meet operational or legal requirements.

To request deletion of backend data associated with your device or install identifier, email privacy@21digital.ai with the app name, "Event Selfie AI", and a short note that you want your app data deleted. We will delete backend request data and generated content that we can reasonably associate with your request, unless we need to keep limited records for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

Local app data can be removed from your device by clearing the App's storage or uninstalling the App.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
