These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Dreamshot AI mobile application ("the App"), published by 21DigitalAI ("we", "us"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the rules of the applicable app store.

2. AI Image Generation Service

The App lets you submit a photo and select a creative style to request an AI-generated image. AI output can vary and may contain visual inaccuracies, artifacts, or unexpected results. We do not guarantee that every result will match your expectations or preserve every detail of the submitted photo.

3. Your Photos and Content

You retain your rights in photos and other content you submit. You grant us and our processing providers a limited license to receive, process, and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure, and operate the requested generation service. Our handling of submitted photos is described in the Privacy Policy.

You must have the necessary rights and permissions to submit a photo and to use the resulting content. You may not submit content that is unlawful, infringes another person's rights, or is intended for fraud, impersonation, harassment, exploitation, or other harmful activity.

4. Coins and Purchases

The App may offer consumable coins that can be used for eligible image-generation requests.

• Price: The exact price and coin quantity are shown in the App before purchase.
• Billing: Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment-card details.
• Platform: Coins are associated with the app installation and platform on which they are purchased, subject to the App's available recovery mechanisms and the applicable store rules.
• Refunds: Purchase refunds are handled by the store through which the purchase was made and are subject to that store's refund policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation or security, circumvent purchase or usage controls, reverse-engineer the App except where applicable law expressly permits it, or use the App in violation of law or another person's rights.

6. Availability and Changes

AI generation depends on network access and third-party processing services. Features may be unavailable, delayed, modified, or discontinued. We may update the App, supported styles, generation providers, coin costs, or these Terms from time to time.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that generated content will meet a particular creative or technical expectation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 21DigitalAI and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid through the App during the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may restrict or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the service, or create a security or legal risk.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to 21DigitalAI's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Mandatory consumer protections in your country or region remain unaffected.
