Overview

AI Girlfriend Space ("the App") provides conversations and other interactive experiences with fictional AI companions. This policy explains the information used to operate the App.

Information We Process

• Account information: We process your email address to send passwordless sign-in links and maintain your account.
• Conversations and preferences: Messages, companion interactions, matches, preferences, and conversation summaries are processed and stored to provide the experience and maintain continuity.
• Images and generated content: The App processes companion images and image-generation requests. Generated results may be stored so they can appear in chats and albums.
• Purchases and balances: If purchases are enabled, we process store transaction identifiers, entitlement state, plan usage, and Love Point ledger records. Apple and Google process payment details; the App does not receive your full card details.
• Technical information: We process app version, device/platform information, request identifiers, and service logs needed for security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and reliable delivery.

How We Use Information

• to authenticate accounts and provide conversations, matches, images, plans, and purchased features;
• to preserve conversation continuity and user preferences;
• to verify purchases, prevent duplicate credits, and restore eligible entitlements;
• to prevent abuse, protect accounts, diagnose failures, and improve service reliability.

AI and Service Providers

Messages and image requests may be sent to infrastructure, email, AI language, and AI image-generation providers solely to deliver the requested App functionality. We do not sell personal information. The App does not use advertising SDKs and is not designed for cross-app tracking.

Data Retention and Deletion

Account, conversation, generated-content, and operational records are kept only as needed to provide the App, protect users and the service, resolve purchase disputes, and meet legal obligations.

To request deletion, email privacy@21digital.ai from the email associated with your account and include "AI Girlfriend Space deletion request". We will delete data associated with the verified account unless limited records must be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or transaction disputes.

Age Restriction

The App is intended only for adults aged 18 or older and is not directed to children.
